1.  This equipment is a roll the chemical fibre into pearl-sized fiber balls, and filling the pillows.

2  There are loosening parts inside, so the chemical fibre need not to be loosened in advance. Have good adaptability to such various kinds of chemical fibre. China--patented  technologies  have  been  uniquely  applied  in  this  machine.  

3  Operated by 2 person, it can be fed and discharged continuously with stable output. The output is 50-80 kilograms per hour.

4  Fiber ball tightness and size can be adjusted, but the shape is mainly determined by the varieties of fiber properties.

5  The chemical fiber must be 3-dimensionally curled, silicon added

polyester  fiber of 4D – 15D and 51-64 mm. Usually. 7D*51mm ,15D*64mm is adopted.

6.  The  pillow filling machine is  simple  to  operate,  fast  in  filling  speed,   small  in  the  sealing  gap  and  the  pillow  core  is compacted  when it  is filled.

7.  The  machine  is  equipped  with  a  T- shaped  filling  pipe,  with  2   filling  outlets  which  can  be  used  in  turn  for  continuous  filling  of  into  pillow  cores. Filling  pipes  of  ф38  mm  or  90  mm  can  be  provided  according  to  customer’s  requests 

8.  The motor 7.7 KW , is provided  with a power source switch  box.
