3. The measuring range of electric scale: 0-50g±0.2g, applicable for the weight requirement of strapped feather clothes. The feather’s height is close to the height of electric display screen, which is convenient for measuring workers to monitor, and also to improve the measuring speed.

5. It’s better to fill the two filling mouths with same-sized clothes sheets. The worker on the left reports the filling weight, and fills first, to prevent the confusion.
6. It’s best to fill less than 5g feather at one time, and make the diameter of the filling pipe less than 14mm. If it’s more than that, it still works, but the effect is worse. We suggest using LZB-15EF filling machine and ACS-50 feather-holding box, they can lessen the energy consumption.
